Commitment To Quality

Few people knew hard work like Ron Perelstein. It was Ron’s relentless work ethic that took him from unloading railcars of White Fish and Yellow Pike and scaling them by hand to partnering with Schneider’s Sam Miller in 1969.

In 1977, Ron Perelstein assumed full ownership of Schneider’s, a fish and seafood company founded by the four Schneider brothers in 1909. In the late 1980s Ron’s sons, Steve and Brian, joined the company. Since then, Steve and Brian’s hard work has taken Schneider’s to new heights.

Schneider's Seafood + Meats

They shifted the company’s focus to exclusively wholesale, built a new company headquarters, entered the meat business, and constructed Schneider’s state-of-the-art meat cutting room in 2016.

Today, Steve and Brian carry with them the same spirit of hard work and happy customers that made their father such a success. As you can imagine, it made their father proud.
